Track campers, vans, cars and motorcycles in one place. Each vehicle keeps its make, model, year, chassis and engine reference, current mileage and a cover photo, so you always know exactly what you are servicing.
Maintenance plans built on real manuals, not guesses
Plans use time-based, mileage-based, or combined intervals — the same logic manufacturers publish. Pitlog ships a ready-made reference plan for the Hymer B654 SL on a Ducato 2.3 Multijet chassis with AL-KO running gear and a Truma Combi heater, which you can copy onto your own vehicle and adjust.
A service history that keeps itself accurate
Logging a completed job — date, mileage, cost, workshop notes — automatically recalculates that task's next-due date and mileage, and clears any pending reminder for it. Nothing to double-check by hand.
Reminders where you will actually see them
Automatic email and Telegram alerts land before a task falls due, so upcoming maintenance does not depend on remembering to open the app.
Works fully offline, syncs when you want it to
Pitlog is local-first: every feature works with no account and no network connection, with your data staying on the device. Turning on cloud sync lets the same vehicle follow you across phone, tablet and browser, with automatic conflict resolution if you edit the same vehicle from two devices at once.
Modifications, tracked separately from maintenance
Record permanent upgrades — suspension, awnings, solar panels, electrical work — per vehicle, with photos and notes, kept apart from routine service history so your logbook stays easy to read.
Share a vehicle with a partner or co-owner
Invite someone else to view or edit a shared vehicle's tasks and history — handy for a camper or car that more than one person maintains.
Your data, exportable, always
Generate a PDF logbook — cover page, full plan and complete service history — useful when selling a vehicle or dealing with insurance. A full GDPR data export is available at any time from your account settings.
Private by design
Passwords are hashed with argon2 and never stored or shown in plain text. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind, and nothing is sold to third parties.

The full interface is available in Italian, English, German and French, and reminders are sent in the language you choose.
